TPU Filament

Semi-Flex TPU 100A is a tough, slightly flexible 3D printing filament designed for parts that need durability, impact resistance, and just the right amount of give. With a Shore hardness of 100A, this TPU is firmer than typical flexible filaments, making it easier to print while still offering the performance benefits TPU is known for.

Its semi-flexible formulation helps reduce many of the feeding issues commonly associated with softer TPU materials, making it compatible with a wider range of 3D printers, including many Bowden-style extruder setups. Whether you’re printing protective feet, bumpers, grips, gaskets, machine accessories, or other functional parts, Semi-Flex TPU 100A is a great choice when PLA or PETG are too rigid but softer TPU is more flexibility than you need.

Recommended Print Settings

• Extruder Temperature: 230–250°C
  • Use the higher end of the range for improved layer adhesion.
• Bed Temperature: 60–80°C
• Nozzle: 0.6mm recommended
• Layer Height: 0.2–0.3mm
• Print Speed: Start slow and reduce speed further if you experience feeding issues.

Printing Tips

For best results, keep print speeds moderate, minimize sharp retractions when possible, and make sure the filament path is clean and well-supported. TPU can absorb moisture over time, so drying the filament before printing may improve surface finish, extrusion consistency, and layer bonding.
