Breathe new life into your CNC by replacing outdated, unreliable electronics with a professionally designed Masso-based control system. Whether you’re modernizing an existing machine or building something custom, this kit delivers industrial-grade capability powered by the Masso G3 Touch controller and PwnCNC’s proven integration approach.

This kit includes the controller, motors, switches, cables, and power electronics required to run a CNC machine. Cutting accessories such as spindles, probes, rotaries, and ATC systems are optional add-ons sold separately.

Note: These kits are made-to-order. Please allow one to two weeks for assembly and shipment.

Prewired Inlets Panel
Preinstalled accessory ports allow future plug-and-play expansion.

Compatible accessories include:

• XYZ Probe Inlet (XYZ Block sold separately)

• Tool Setter Inlet (Tool-Setter sold separately)

• Spindle Inlet (Spindle sold separately)

• Rotary Axis Inlet (Rotary sold separately)

• ATC Inlet (ATC System sold separately)

These ports allow accessories to be added later without rewiring the controller.

Closed-Loop Stepper Motors (if included)

• (3) High-performance motors for X and dual-Y

• (1) Z-axis motor with electric brake for added safety

• Supports 110V or 220V AC input

Proximity Homing Switches (x4)

For best results, shield drains must be properly grounded

Some early photos show an additional 6-relay module. That limited-time inclusion has ended.

The Conversion Kit Advanced provides the control electronics and motion system only.

The following accessories are not included with the kit, but can easily be added later using the prewired inlet panel:

• Spindle systems

• XYZ Probe blocks

• Tool Setter probes

• Rotary axis systems

• Automatic Tool Changers (ATC)

The inlet panel simply allows these accessories to be plug-and-play if you choose to add them later.

🧰 What You’ll Need

A CNC Machine
Most hobby-class and prosumer machines will work, including Onefinity, Shapeoko, OpenBuilds, and custom builds. Look for NEMA 23 motor mounts.

Mounting Locations for Homing Switches
Universal proximity switches are included. If your machine needs brackets, we can provide 3D-printable designs or guidance.

Willingness to Dive In
This is a full electronics conversion. We’ve done the hard work up front, but some machine-specific setup is expected. Our documentation walks you through it step-by-step.

Installing this kit requires removing your machine’s original electronics and will typically void the original manufacturer warranty. Once installed, you’ll have a far more capable, serviceable, and expandable control system.
